Currently, we only ship within British Columbia, but we are working towards being able to sell and ship further.

The shelf life of our meals is 5 years. This is the best before date. Freeze-dried food can last much longer, but that generally requires heavier duty packaging, such as food safe hard plastic buckets.

Our products are 100% gluten-free. However, we are a small business and are currently renting a shared commercial kitchen. Ingredients containing gluten are processed in this kitchen, so we are required to include that on our packaging.

We take the utmost care to sanitize our area of the kitchen, and it is set aside for our use exclusively.

All shipments will come with a tracking number and be shipped through Canada Post. At the moment we only offer shipping within British Columbia, but we are working on being able to ship and sell further.
