We’re Fuel Your Feat, the nourishing, adventure food company offering freeze-dried meals for people on the go. We started our company after struggling to find healthy, organic meals free from common food allergens that also tasted delicious.

Who we are

We are Virginia and Orrin, a mother and son duo who love to adventure but who also struggle with food sensitivities. If you’re like us, you know it how hard it can be to stay fueled on the trail when adventure meals contain so many additives. We felt the same way, so we made our own.

Where we are

Living on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, gives us access to some of the most beautiful terrain in Canada. Travelling from sea to sky, over roots and mud, snow and rock, through blazing sun and pouring rain inspired us to create food that nourishes,energizes, and tastes like home.

Our Values

Our love of adventure stems from our love of the Earth. Being in nature reminds us of who we are, what we are capable of and where we come from. This connection instilled the values that we use as the foundation for everything we do. For that reason, we provide meals that are not only healthy and delicious, but also align with our values:

• Sustainability: To counter the disposable nature of ready-to-eat meals, we partnered with Rootree, a Canadian owned, carbon neutral company with acommitment to changing the packaging industry. You can learn more about our packaging journey here.
• Integrity: Our product nourishes the body and the planet, and we want to work with people who have the same core philosophy of interbeing and gratitude.
• Respect: From creating relationships with farmers and local organic grocers, to making, packaging, and shipping meals: our respect for people, process, and planet is paramount.
• Quality: We make all our food in small batches, by hand, with the finest organic, non-GMO ingredients. One hundred percent of meat used is local, free-range and grass fed.
